According to me every manager needs to be a leader. In an organization everyone has the potential to be leader. We have been led to believe by various books, journals, articles and even by some of our teachers that a leader and a manager are two different entities. We see managers who are not effective leaders and we see leaders who are very bad in managing things. A leader who is unable to manage cannot see or show vision towards which the team will proceed. Similarly, a manager who has not leadership skills cannot take a team, neither can he develop trust or engagement in the team.
